Neat adult owned garaged sharp southern all original 1-owner 40K Original mile 1996 Ford Ranger XLT 2WD Super Cab Short Bed Automatic 4-speed with Overdrive truck! This is one sharp original in excellent original shape & probably one of the lowest mile & rarley seen equipped one of this vintage on market! This has been a EZ life truck & not a work truck beater! I sold these trucks new & this one stickered new right at 20k back in 1996. Not many were ordered loaded like this one because the 4cyl 5-speed base interior Ranger Super Cab's were approx 5k less so most buyer opted for the cheap ones. These are a very desireable generation of the Ford Ranger ! They are super neat very versital simple units and this is the right one with its fuel inj 4.0L 6cyl with 4 speed Automatic with overdrive & factory sport bucket seats that are rarley seen in these & full power! Most likley if your looking at this little fella you know what they are! They have a great following! Lets touch on a few features some are uniquie to this rig! Nice clean grey up-grade Sport Bucket interior seats with console, clean sharp White paint & paint looks like it could be original. Nice tidy interior. This one is loaded with nice trim & plastics, cold a/c, am/fm/cass, power windows, power door locks, power steering, tilt/cruise, original window sticker, guage package with tach, all books and manuals, nice sharp factory 15 inch wheels with good set of radials with approx 80 plus % tread left, Well now for the the not so rosy part! We caught wind that the Ranger had been in a flood & we really could not find any water lines above door entry. We removed door still plated & checked & pulled carpets back and it looked dry. "SEE PHOTOS" The insurance deemed it a total loss so not sure why this gem saw that fate! We knew how fantastic the Ranger was and had to acquire & save it! We purchased it from insurance company with a Florida repairable salvage title. We looked over Ranger and to be safe we fully check fluids & saw zero moisture in engine, transmission or rear axel. We also checked all lights signals and features. We went another step further and had truck inspected by the state of Ga and it passed and it is issued a rebuilt Ga title and is now able to be back on road to enjoy & as a matter of fact before we decided to sell this one we have driven it around a good bit and it has performed great! See gauges in action today & doing great! Nice engine bay. Nice undercarrage! Its super nice thru-out & looks like a 5 or 6 year old not a 27 year old! This one runs & drives out smooth and strong!
