Neat adult owned garaged sharp southern all original 1-owner 18K Original mile 1999 Honda CRV EX Premium pkg "REALTIME" 4WD AWD Automatic 4-speed with Overdrive mulity purpose utility wagon thats in excellent shape & probably the lowest mile one of thi s vintage on market! This has been a pavement queen & not a off road beater! These are very desireable and are the 1st gen CR-V's! They are super neat very versital units and this is the right one with its fuel inj DOHC 2.0L 4cyl with 4 speed Automatic with overdrive & 4X4 & rarley seen like this! Most likley if your looking at this little fella you know what they are! They have a great following! Lets touch on a few features some are uniquie to this rig! Nice clean grey up-grafr EX interior, clean sharp White & Titanium paint & body & trim & vin tags are in place & paint looks like it could be original. Nice tidy interior with factory low rear entry floor & rear cargo mat & factory Honda folding table. This one is loaded with wide open access to load & unload, nice trim & plastics, cold a/c, am/fm/cd, roof rack, power windows, power door locks, power steering, tilt/cruise, rear tire cover, all books and manuals, window sticker, records, & timing belt service was replaced approx 6k ago and that was unecessary but it was done & we have reciept with new seals, belts & water pump, remote entry, nice sharp factory 15 inch wheels with nice match set of Touring radials with approx 90 plus % tread left, just had oil & filter change done, transmission flush & filter, two front CV axles and more! Well now for the the not so rosy part! We caught wind that the CRV had been in a flood & we really could not find any water lines abover lower seat tracks. We removed all the interior, seats, trim, carpets & made sure all were clean & dry..... the insurance deemed it a total loss so not sure why this gem saw that fate! We knew how fantastic the CRV was and had to acquire & save it! We purchased it from insurance company with a Florida repairable salvage title. We looked over CRV and to be safe once more only things we saw it needed was to fully check fluids & saw zero moisture in engine, transmission & diffs or rear axel. We also checked all lights signals and features. We went another step further and had car inspected by the state of Ga and it passed and it is issued a rebuilt Ga title and is now able to be back on road to enjoy & as a matter of fact before we decided to sell this one we have driven it around a good bit and it has performed great! See gauges in action today & doing great! Nice engine bay. Nice undercarrage! Its super nice thru-out & looks like a 5 or 6 year old not a 24 year old! This one runs & drives out smooth and strong!
